PAYBACK expands management team
Munich – Loyalty Partner, the operator of PAYBACK, Germany’s largest bonus programme, is expanding its management team. From 15 January 2008, Burkhard Graßmann (41) will join the PAYBACK management team as head of all end-customer activities, including strategic brand management and direct business. Mr. Grassmann brings with him outstanding skills and experience in this area.
Before joining Loyalty Partner, Mr. Graßmann spent ten years in leading positions at Deutsche Telekom. In his latter role as a board member of T-Com und T-Online International AG, he was head of both the product and marketing departments until early 2007 and was responsible for the entire product management system, marketing strategy and planning, market communications and customer relationship management. Before joining Deutsche Telekom, he was in charge of marketing and advertising in the run-up to EXPO 2000 in Hanover.
