PAYBACK customers can now collect points from 150 online partners
PAYBACK has reached a new milestone. True to the motto "together we are strong", the retailer-independent bonus programme now brings together 150 strong online partners under one roof. PAYBACK thus offers the most diverse range of products on the market: from A for AboutYou to L for Lieferando and O for OTTO to Z for the Zalando Lounge, customers can also collect and save many points when shopping online.
"We are delighted that since the launch of PAYBACK two years ago, we have been able to add 150 online partners to such strong partners as BP, Burger King, dm drogerie markt, Fressnapf and Unimarkt. More than 3.2 million customers appreciate the great diversity of PAYBACK," says Walter Lukner, CEO PAYBACK Austria.
In recent weeks, 22% of PAYBACK customers have made more purchases in online shops than before the Corona crisis. Especially popular in times of home office are for example food orders on Lieferando.at. But other online partners, such as OTTO and Universal, were also very popular with users. Retailers must now decide how to position themselves in the world of Connected Commerce, says Lukner: "These developments show once again how important a multi-channel orientation is for retailers. This is where PAYBACK comes into play: We help companies connect with customers offline, online and mobile. This personalized customer communication not only helps us through the crisis, but also opens up long-term growth opportunities for the time after the crisis.
According to Lukner, PAYBACK always plays the role of a neutral and democratic trust centre at the heart of many large companies.
