Our division advises on all legal matters. We are the first point of contact for all legal matters and coordinate legal support.
In Central Procurement we are responsible for buying goods and services on behalf of all the subsidiaries. This includes negotiating the best possible conditions with subcontractors and suppliers.
We make sure that all companies stay out of trouble in taxation matters and enforce compliance with taxation requirements. This does not only apply in Germany but also in all countries in which the group companies operate.
