Management Trainee Program

 

As a Management Trainee you will take on project responsibility at any early stage and have a diverse range of development options. Process

The Management Trainee Program covers a time period of 18 to 24 months and three or four blocks each lasting 5 to 6 months. During this time you will dip into all the different facets of our various companies. Whether you are at PAYBACK, emnos or LPS, you will be able to get an inside look at the various different business divisions and get to know them inside out.

Your first two workstations will be in key functions at PAYBACK where you will learn (digital) partner management and marketing, on both digital and analog levels. Your third and fourth workstations can be spent at a variety of different departments from Analytics to Product, Customer Services or at one of the other businesses. This gives you comprehensive generalist expertise and allows you to build up a remarkably wide-reaching network.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in an internship or starter-level employment, preferably with experience abroad
  • Affinity with web and mobile technology, team spirit and enthusiasm for project work
  • Excellent numerical reasoning and very strong analytical and conceptual skills 
  • Above-average degree in economics, (economics) information systems or in a comparable subject
