It is important to us for the application process at the Loyalty Partner Group of Companies to be designed as transparently as possible. Our FAQs should give you an initial idea of how things work here at Loyalty Partner; that way you can get a feel for what to expect in advance.
That way, when it comes to an interview you can focus fully on your personal profile and any subjects and questions you want to discuss.
APPLICATION PROCESS FAQS

We will register your application in our system and will always send you a written notification that your application has been received.
Once we have received your application, we will compare your documents against the job requirements and assess whether we suit each other. You will receive an initial notification or an invitation to an introduction meeting in person either by telephone or e-mail.
To initially become acquainted with each other, we invite applicants individually for an introduction meeting. You will be welcomed by two or three colleagues from the relevant specialist department. If you impress us in this meeting, we will arrange a further meeting with you to continue the discussion in more depth.
The subsequent procedure can vary greatly depending on the position and the general circumstances. We use a varied array of selection procedures: It could either be another specialized interview, submitting some of your own work samples, or a full assessment center. The selection procedure is always tailored to the respective department’s profile of requirements. We perform all interviews in a professional manner and will notify you as quickly as possible.
