Loyalty Partner Solutions at the starting blocks

Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH, a new provider of customer management solutions, is to be launched today. The company's operations focus on self-developed IT solutions that support companies in setting up customer loyalty programmes and running them successfully. Loyalty Partner Solutions offers a comprehensive selection of IT services, ranging from consulting, development and implementation of the solution to integration in the existing infrastructure complete with data migration, data centre management and technical support. Loyalty Partner Solutions also executes and optimises CRM processes for its customers as required.

Loyalty Partner Solutions' services are particularly aimed at companies in the retail and transport / aviation sectors where professional customer management is indispensable in today's environment. The Loyalty Management Suite (LMS) offers a software solution specially oriented to the requirements of these industries.

IT service provider for the Payback bonus programme

Even at its launch stage, Loyalty Partner Solutions is already starting out with many years' experience as an IT service provider. The company was formed from the former IT department of Loyalty Partner GmbH which developed the IT platform for the PAYBACK bonus programme. Millions of transactions are now handled by this platform. Loyalty Partner Solutions is therefore familiar with the requirements of a bonus programme operator from its own experience, giving it the edge over other solution providers. The company will also continue to work for PAYBACK as an IT service provider.

Loyalty Partner Solutions also counts Deutsche Bahn AG among its customers – it takes care of all the company's CRM operations. These include implementation and operation of an integrated CRM system platform, and operational programme management for "BahnCard", "bahn.comfort" and "bahn.bonus", including control of all participating service providers.

LMS: flexible software solution for operating customer loyalty programmes

The self-developed Loyalty Management Suite (LMS) forms the centrepiece of the Loyalty Partner Solutions product portfolio. LMS is a flexible software platform for the setup and operation of customer loyalty programmes. It maps the whole chain of customer loyalty activities, from account management and management of redemption processes to implementing advertising campaigns. LMS also helps companies better understand the needs of their target groups: the software offers interfaces to all popular CRM, data warehouse and data mining systems and therefore brings together all the existing customer information the company holds. The solution was developed for the specific needs of retail companies and airlines.

Spin-off is part of reorganisation of Loyalty Partner

The founding of Loyalty Partner Solutions is part of a comprehensive reorganisation of the parent company Loyalty Partner. This Munich-based company has been trading for 10 years and runs Germany's largest bonus programme, PAYBACK. Based on its PAYBACK experience, Loyalty Partner has built up further areas of operation over the years. Since 2003, the company has offered consulting and services relating to data analysis and "customer insight" through emnos GmbH. IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services were added under the umbrella of Loyalty Partner GmbH. Demand for these services has risen continuously over the last few years. Loyalty Partner has also enjoyed strong growth, which has ultimately necessitated a comprehensive corporate reorganisation. With immediate effect from, the current business units will become legally independent. In future, they will operate as independent companies under the names PAYBACK GmbH and Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH and trade their services freely on the market. They will be centrally controlled by the management holding company, Loyalty Partner GmbH. The aim of this reorganisation is to create clear structures, increase the efficiency of all companies and thereby establish a firm foundation for further growth.
