Management Trainee Programme
We are looking for ambitious trainees who want to rise to the top of the direct marketing sector! On our management trainee programme, we train talented, ambitious and motivated graduates to become skilled professionals of the future. Over an 18-24 month period, our management trainees learn about all aspects of our four companies and are provided with practical and theoretical content.
The programme covers placements in a whole variety of corporate divisions, ranging from consulting, marketing, partner management and customer service to central functions in business or corporate development. This insight into various sectors allows trainees to develop general know-how in the field of CRM. The aim is to challenge and nurture future talent at LP. And best of all – after just a few months, our trainees can take on responsibility for a specialist area or project.
